Steph Chow’s Jam Exchange

Steph Chow hosted her First Annual Jam Exchange and I was so happy to have been a part of it! For this exchange I made my own Apple Pectin as well as strawberry/honey jam with a hint of chamomile. As soon as I perfect this recipe, (and get the chamomile flavor to come through, lol!) I’ll post it. In the meantime here is what I sent to Abby Sweets.

I think the best part of this exchange was receiving my package of jam from Eating on Tulsa Time! I was sent a pint of Pineapple-Rhubarb Jam, Fourberry Jam, and Peach Butter!! YUMM!!

So if you’re a jam maker and love jamming, make sure to check out Steph Chow’s Jam Exchange and sign up next year!

LOVE the chamomile idea! I also found out that citrus fruits are the highest in pectin… so now I know what to do with all my limes!! I'm gonna give it a try this week hopefully. Love ya chica!
