Children picking potatoes | myhumblekitchen.com

I’m so glad you found us!

We’ve been sharing garden to table recipes, kitchen tutorials, and articles on gardening and homesteading for many years now so we have a lot of great information to share with you. Let me try to guide you to what you’re looking for.

Once a week, we feature a brand new article on our blog. It can be a nourishing recipe like these better than fast food chicken nuggets, a tutorial like how to render lard the right way, an article on gardening like this organic gardening 101 series for newbies, or a bit on urban/homesteading like this series on urban chicken keeping 101.

You can find links to our main topics on the navigation bar at the top of the page. If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to use the search tool located on the top navigation bar.

What You Can Expect at My Humble Kitchen

At My Humble Kitchen we’re all about real food free of processed ingredients; however, we’re not dogmatic – instead, we choose grace. We choose to feed our families the best that we can with the resources given to us knowing well that fellowship always comes before food. We’re a family-oriented community that isn’t afraid to get dirty in the garden and work a good sweat to provide good food and pass on lifelong lessons to our children. Feel free to learn all about our real food philosophy by clicking here.

At My Humble Kitchen we want to help you learn how to cook from scratch, eat local and seasonally, preserve good food, and most importantly share it all in community with family and friends.

Your Grace-Filled Journey to Real Food and Wellness

We also understand that for those of you new to real food, all of this can seem a bit daunting and overwhelming. That’s okay! That’s exactly why I created the FREE Grace-Filled Journey to Real Food and Wellness email subscription I open every January. If you’ve missed it, no worries. Sign up below to join our email list and be alerted when the next session opens!

Until then, check out my eBook, Your Grace-Filled Journey to Real Food, by clicking here. It includes the most pertinent information from the email series and also FREE menu plans to help you start cooking nourishing foods at home.
