Congrats, Kristy. Great recommendation on the book. I LOVE fat. Pork belly is one of my favorite foods of all time. I admit – I don't do any low-fat dairy, whatever. Full fat is where the taste is! (and in moderation, of course)…there's bad fat and good fat, right? =)
