Too soggy to work outside this morning, so here I am. 🙂 I linked to a recent post about common plantain, which is a wonderful healing plant.

I hope it's not cheating to use a post I've already shared this week! But honestly, I'm so excited about canning my own beans, that I just can't keep it to myself! It's SO easy, and economical, and just makes sense! So here you go – my post about home canning beans!

My total philosophy is being affirmed through meeting like-minded folks who will join up and post great ideas, tips, and recipes to live more in tune with the rythym of life. I submitted my home-grown tomato marinara sauce that i made this week. Roz

Hi Diana! What a wonderful bloggy hop you have here and glad to welcome you to ours as well! My article this week is a bit about being frugal because I had some old brussel sprouts laying around, and I dont really care for them, but my brother sent me this great bittman recipe for them and I ate them and thus saved us the money going into the compost pile! Thanks for sharing your space with us and have a great weekend! Alex@amoderatelife
