Meet the Spain in Iowa Contributors

I feel like this year has flashed before my eyes. Here we are, only two days before Thanksgiving. Goodness, how did that happen so quickly?

Maybe these little’s had something to do with it 😉

I’m sure by now many of you have noticed the start of contributor posts here at Spain in Iowa.  Some people have loved them while others have shared with me that I’ve been missed.

To those that have shared with me that you’ve missed me, thank you.

Being able to hear that my writing touches many of you is an incredible blessing.  In order to continue on a special project, I’ve had to make a few changes which I know you’ll enjoy.

Meet the Contributors

I couldn’t be happier with the amazing group of woman joining the Spain in Iowa team.  Please take a moment to browse over to the Meet the Contributors page to get to know them a little bit.  I really think you’ll be delighted with the diversity and special interests each woman will be bringing us.

I know once you start reading what they have to share, you’ll find connections and kindred spirits.

I also want to thank all of you that applied. With only being able to add 12 contributors to the team, it made the job difficult to choose.

Why Contributors?

I’ve had people ask me why I added contributors to Spain in Iowa.  I really wanted to be able to bring you great content, consistently.  These ladies will do the job well.

Throughout the year, this great group of authors will bring you a new post every Wednesday.

I’ll still continue sharing my journey in simplicity through food, faith, and family throughout the rest of the week.

However, for the remainder of this year, these amazing authors will be the ones holding down the fort here at Spain in Iowa so that I can finish up my book proposal.

The Spain in Iowa Book

This is where my heart is right now.  I have a great group of woman helping me on my journey to being able to bring you a Spain in Iowa book.

First, I need to get my book proposal done.

I wish I could share the details with you but right now, know, that this book will be every bit a piece of me to you.

If there is one thing I can ask from you is to please keep me in prayer.  That I’ll have peace with whatever God decides to bring me in this journey.  Whether my proposal leads to publishing or not.

Prayerfully, the New Year will bring many great things to this little website.  What I’m praying for is that God can be glorified through it all.

Hopefully tomorrow I’ll be able to bring you a pie recipe just in time for Thanksgiving; however, if you don’t hear from me until then, have a blessed Thanksgiving with your family and friends!
