Hey friends, it’s that time of year again … cookie time!
I’m already planning my list of cookies I need to bake before Christmas is upon us. No bake, gluten free, coconut snowballs are definitely on the list! They’re a crowd pleaser and one that is ridiculously easy to make.
I’m also spending a bit of time each day making natural food colorings and saving them in little jars in my refrigerator for the baking frenzy ahead. I’ll be sure to post how to make natural food coloring soon. I’m planning on using it to color some royal icing to decorate onto my favorite soft sugar cookie recipe from my eBook, Nourishing Cookies for a Healthy Holiday. It’s one of my favorite cookie recipes that’s honey sweetened and tastes just as great with or without icing. It’s SO good!

hello! I bought this cookie e-book and am loving it! Coconut Snowballs are now legendary in our home! 🙂
My question is for the chocolate crinkle cookies– what sort of cocoa do you use? Dutch process or natural cocoa?
thanks!
