It’s 2011! I love the New Year as it’s a time of reflection and renewal. On Monday I plan on sharing my New Years resolutions and exciting things to come for Spain in Iowa in the coming year.
Just for fun, below are the top 10 posts of 2010. It was fun to dive into my stats and find the posts that you related to the most. Not surprisingly at all, they were a compilation of political posts, nourishing techniques and all around good food.
wow, looks like it was a great year!
I only just recently discovered your blog. I enjoyed every minute of it. Happy New Year!!! IAMSNWFLK -http://dondehogar.blogspot.com/
Wow, great posts especially about the tour of corn farms in Iowa. I just saw Food, Inc. two days ago and was so uphold by it. I made a conscious decision to find the small farmers and cattle growers in my area and support them. It was such an eye opening film that I am actually posting a review about it tomorrow. I love your convictions and how you stick to your guns, girl! Love it! Angie
And apparently I cannot type…I meant appalled.
Happy 2011 to you too, Diana! I can't wait to see your resolutions.

Love your top 10, specially, the rice pudding and enchilada sauce/enchilada 🙂
I love each of them, but that enchiladas Roja has caught my eyes first.
