Simple Lives Thursday, 27th Edition

spaininiowa

I’m finally officially at WordPress. Thank you so much for your patience during the transition.  As you can tell, I still have quite a bit to update and a few issues to fix around this place but I am excited to have made the move.  I have a few posts backed up which I’ll be sharing very soon.  A sweet dessert for frosting for the cause, a cookbook review and a new venture with Panera Bread.  I can’t wait to get off this computer, into the kitchen and behind the lens once again.

One thing I need to ask of you.  If you currently have me listed in your blogroll, would you mind switching the link to http://spain-in-iowa.com.  Thank you so much.  I do appreciate all of the links to Spain in Iowa that I have found throughout the blogosphere 😀  What an amazing community!

Back to business… It’s Simple Lives Thursday!  My favorite day of the week where you share your tips and recipes for living a simple life.  Below you’ll find the linky to add your post to.  Remember you can add your link on any of the four hosting blogs.

Your Hosts

  1. A Little Bit of Spain in Iowa
  2. Sustainable Eats
  3. GNOWFGLINS
  4. Culinary Bliss

Wherever you choose to post, it will show up on all 4 sites!  The other hosts and I also add your post to our facebook fan pages and tweet 😉  As a reminder, this blog hop is a way to share with many people your posts on what you are doing to live a simple life. Whether that’s gardening, raising urban chickens, homeschooling, sewing, making your own deodorant, or cleaning supplies… we want to know about it!  If you’re into homeopathy, ways to save $ by conserving energy or other ways to live frugally… we want   to know about it!   If you bike, cook real food, homestead or farm… we want to know about it!

As a reminder:  If you are going to be linking to this blog hop, please add a link to this post at the end of your blog post entry stating that it’s a part of this weeks Simple Lives Thursday.

Love the new site! Thanks for hosting, as usual! I am actually thinking of moving mine over to WordPress before I get too much content…

Elizabeth, I was actually going to email you and encourage you to move over before you do build up to much content on blogger. You have such a beautiful place 😀 If you need any help, let me know ;D Thanks for linking up!!

Love the new look. Just curious… does it take other people a bit longer for your page to load? I guess it may be my connection, but your site never took this long to load for me. I have tried accessing your page a couple times and it seems to take a bit longer, I’m guessing there’s just more content? I love Simple Thursdays! Maybe I’ll get organized enough one of these days to add an entry…

Thanks for hosting. 🙂 The new site looks great. I wish I had known more about WordPress before I started using blogger. Now I don’t think I’ll switch because it would take way too much time.
