I’m over at simplebites today sharing how to make traditional Spanish croquetas. Or what I like to call, “Spanish style chicken nuggets.”
You’re going to love this recipe as they are easy to make, nourishing and your kids will love them. They are also versatile as they can be made with any kind of meat including fish.
One of the things I love about croquetas is that they freeze well. Make a double batch and before frying them up in olive oil, lard or coconut oil, pop them in the freezer. You can fry them up in smaller batches later making this a great lunch idea for the kids.
