Registration Opens Next Tuesday for Spain in Iowa’s Traditional Menu Plan on a Budget!

registration

Finally, it’s almost ready!  The new Spain in Iowa’s Traditional Menu Plan on a Budget!

I appreciate your patience with me on rolling out this new plan.  The wait will have been worth it, however, since I ended up building an entire new website specifically for members!

On the new website you will find your weekly or bi-weekly menu plan.  As a member you’ll also be a part of a real food community!

Here’s a sneak peak at the new membership only website.

As you can see there’s a new blog where I’ll be sharing all of my real, traditional cooking and budget tips.

I’ll also be sharing my weekly grocery lists and bills!   Think of me as your real foodie teacher.

My hopes is that each of you that subscribes to the Spain in Iowa menu plan will not just learn new recipes but lifetime cooking skills to nourish your family.

Oh goodness, and you better believe we’ll be getting into gardening and farmers market tips in the Spring as well 😀  I can’t wait!

Registration will officially open next Tuesday with your first menu plan ready to download.

The first two weeks will be FREE!

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this new community and if you plan on signing up!  I’d also appreciate your sharing this new menu plan and community with family and friends!

Thanks so much, friends, for your support!  There’s great things coming for Spain in Iowa in 2013 and I’m so glad you can all be a part of it!

I am planning on taking your advice, buying meat with my income tax. The prices in Sioux City for grassfed is 6.50 to 6.99 a pound. Chickens are 15.00 for a whole organic. My mom has a deep freezer and I would like to buy for at 6 months or more. Can you project how much and what kinds of meat I will need to buy. I probably will get my return in 2-3 weeks. No hurry since your so very busy. I so appreciate your doing this. It’s an answer to prayer. I procrastinate when it comes to making out a menu plan.

WOO HOO! I’ve been waiting! So excited because I, like Tamara, procrastinate when it comes to making a menu plan. I always find something else to do…

By the way, my sourdough starter is beginning its second week now…can’t wait to bake with it. Thanks again, you rock!

Diana, the first time I saw your picture on the front of your website and read what you love to do and whom you love… Jesus… I fell in love with my sister in christ. I love your website and I love your recipes. I am l56 years old and have always loved to cook but now I am learning slowly on how to cook more wonderful healthy foods.
Now, I have a question concerning the registration and the first two free weeks. But first I want to say that I don’t have time to do this right now because of the process my husband Robert and I are going thru right now selling our business and assetts and it has been a very long drawn out ordeal. I am unemployed right now after working in our own company for 30 years so the funds are not there and my husband has become disabled and not able to work as well. So my question is this. Are we able to look in on the two weeks that are free to actually see what is going on if we do not register? Just wanted to know in case I could. I would like to see what this is all about since I have never done anything like this and it sounds so exciting. I am sure I will like it but am curious on how this all works. 🙂 So let me know and I understand either way it goes. Thank you Diana for blessing my soul with your email newsletters. God Bless you and your family, Joanne Dudley

      Hi Joanne,

Technically you’ll have to sign up in order to receive the first two weeks free. However, I am planning on hosting a giveaway and doing some scholarships as well!! So hang tight, okay! My heart is that people that need this information, can get it!

I’m planning on signing up. I love to cook but never menu plan. We do eat wheat free & sugar free so I’m hoping that I can adapt the menus. Also, I get a fresh produce box delivered to my door every 2 weeks and always add that to my meals so I’m hoping I can make it all work together. I have debated for years about signing up for a menu plan program but just been waiting for the right one. I love your emails every week so I believe you’re the right one!

    Hi,
I enjoy your website and please keep sending new information to me. I follow your recipes and make sour dought breads and buns and had fun. I too like to register regarding how to make sauce for one dollar. I live in canada and have a vegetable garden too whereby I get all my vegetables for winter. This season for tomatoes was not very good last year but let us hope this year will be great for everybody. almas.
