Orange cranberry scones are my favorite morning pastry when meeting clients at coffee shops. Crumbly, buttery with a pinch of tartness. I havn't had a coffee shop meeting in awhile and my cravings have started to hit an all time high. I decided to try my hand at baking my own. YIKES, I know!! I'm CRAZY like that, lol!! I've been trying my hand lately at baking and have been having so much fun experimenting through trial and error. I'm happy to say, these turned out great! Monday’s with Mami – Ooh La, La, Something French!

Since I've been making my own cultured dairy products at home, I decided to make it myself. It's incredibly easy to make and will definitely be a staple in my home. It's great topped on breakfast scones ... continue reading...

We had the entire family over yesterday for a backyard bbq but instead of grilling burgers we did as they do in Spain, cook a beautiful seafood paella outside. Enough to feed the entire block! In the states many people are led to believe that paella is a gourmet food served at fine establishments. In reality, paella is served at outdoor family gatherings, ... continue reading...
