Bob’s Red Mill Cookbook would be such a blessing as I’m making greater efforts to get my family off of processed foods. Unless it comes in a box, can, or jar I don’t know how to make it and sadly eating this way has caught up to me. So, we are making changes in this household. Even if we don’t win this prize I will definitely be looking into this cookbook. Thank you!

We are in the beginning stages of making an eating lifestyle change, so all of this is new to me! If I could pick any product to try, I would pick either the gluten free pizza crust, or the gluten free all purpose flour. Things that I can substitute for white or wheat flour would be best for us in the beginning, I think.
