In celebrating Christmas intentionally, this year I've been making an effort to make and buy handmade gifts. Gifts made by hand are more meaningful and thoughtful. Maple Cranberry Sweet Potatoes
One thing I've learned about hosting Holiday meals is that people either love or hate sweet potatoes. I fall into the love camp; however, I'm not fond of the traditional sweet potatoes layered with sugar and marshmallows. Instead, I prefer to actually taste the sweet potato.
